SSR Publisher is committed to supporting open access while protecting the intellectual property rights of authors. Our copyright policy is built around the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license, which encourages sharing and non-commercial use of scholarly work with proper attribution.
1. Author Copyright Ownership
- Ownership: Authors retain the copyright of their work upon publication. They maintain full ownership of their intellectual property and can use, distribute, and share their work under the terms of the CC BY-NC license.
- License to SSR Publisher: By submitting their manuscript, authors grant SSR Publisher a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute their work while retaining copyright.
2. Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) License
All articles published by SSR Publisher are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license. This license allows others to:
- Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the work.
However, commercial use of the work is not permitted under this license.
3. Attribution Requirement
- Proper Credit: Others may use and adapt the work as long as they give proper credit to the original authors and the publisher.
- A citation must be included.
- A link to the original article must be provided.
- A statement indicating any changes made must be included.
4. Non-Commercial Use Only

- Permission for Commercial Use: If a third party or author wishes to use the work for commercial purposes, they must obtain additional permission from the authors. This includes activities such as selling or licensing the work for profit.
9. Changes to Copyright Terms
- Amendments: SSR Publisher reserves the right to update its copyright policy. Any changes will not affect the terms under which previously published works were issued.
10. Plagiarism and Copyright Infringement
- Plagiarism: SSR Publisher strictly prohibits plagiarism and will take action if any form of copyright infringement is identified, including retraction of the article if necessary.
