Effect of Cloud Computing and Data Analytics on Entrepreneurial Growth

Cloud computing and data analytics became a strategic source of entrepreneurial expansion in the age of digital transformation and transformed how startups and small businesses operate, compete, and innovate. It is a conceptual research paper discussing how these two technologies impact entrepreneurial growth in the emerging economies, and specifically Nigeria. The study is based on the resource-based view (RBV) and economic growth theories because cloud computing is considered a technological facility that promotes scalability, flexibility, and cost-reliability, whereas data analytics is regarded as a strategic intelligence tool that facilitates evidence-based decision-making, market forecasting, and customer-oriented innovation. As pointed out in the paper the combination of these technologies gives business people a digital nimbleness and operational strength needed to succeed in unstable markets. Nevertheless, insufficient infrastructure, low digital literacy and disproportionate policy attendance still restrict successful deployment and realization of effects in developing settings. Using the conclusions drawn by the current literature, the study puts forward an idea framework that would give the relationship of cloud computing and data analytics capabilities with the outcomes of entrepreneurial growth via innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness pathways. The model highlights the moderating abilities of institutional preparedness, technological infrastructures, and digital abilities in the design of these associations. The results have theoretical contributions through the expansion of digital transformation discussion to entrepreneurship in developing economies, and practical contribution by providing the framework of technology-based entrepreneurship promotion through which policy-makers and business incubators can be guided. The research paper concludes that cloud-based and data-driven applications are not the operational instruments but the strategic requirements of sustainable entrepreneurship growth, economic diversification, and digital inclusion in the developing countries.
